What qualifies as URGENT MAINTENANCE after hours?

  • Significant water leak 
  • No hot water or burst hot water service
  • No heating or cooking
  • Gas leak
  • Blocked or broken toilet cistern
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • No gas, electricity or water supply
  • A fault or damage that would make the premises unsafe or not secure.
